Week 1: Jan 16th to 22nd, 2023

Welcome Mind your Mindset!,  your seven-day conscious circular mindset disruption and week 1 of your ‘Go Circular Challenge’ 2023 - Start Simple, Start now!

Congratulations on your first ‘circular’ YES of the year!

Congrats on signing up! Committing to a new year’s challenge is a brave act and an achievement on its own. For that, we would like to acknowledge you and honor your presence. Being here at this point proves that you have the open and empowering mindset needed to transition to a better society.

Did you know that change happens when we stop trying to be something we are not and stop aiming for something we think others or society think we need to be? Relax and activate your inner compass, and start moving the focus of your attention to what you are experiencing in the present moment and how that is transforming you effortlessly.

The objective:

To hold space for you to tune into your own world to ‘fine tune’ your own living, for you to give up striving to be somewhere else or someone else!

What is Mindset, and why is it key in our journey toward circularity?

Mindset is the unique lens through which you look at yourself, the world around you, and your planet. It is a collection of thoughts, beliefs, expectations, predispositions, and habits through which you make decisions. Mindset affects the way that we think about everything. It maneuvers your life, and it is key to helping us overcome obstacles. Mindset also has an impact on how we interact amongst each other, how we run our societies and economies, and how we deal with nature, the environment, and the climate.

Research has shown that shifting mindsets is the key catalyst to achieve sustainable health, peace, well-being, and happiness.

Here is your first piece of wisdom:

‘New brain connections bring in new information that creates new thoughts, that lead to new choices, that in turn lead to new behaviors, that create new experiences, that produce new emotions, that translate into new thoughts and so on…’
